The Festival is back!

Deadline for entries:
11 Septmember 2009

If you missed our event in 2008, then now is the time to start making a short film.

That way you have a chance to be a part of it all in 2009.
Your work must be original.

And that includes music.

You must be a resident of Queensland.
You must be 17 years or younger on January 1st 2009.
Have a go! No need to wait for an entry form,

Entering the competition is free and our Awards Night Extravaganza is free and open to the public.

Young Filmmakers is run entirely by Volunteers:
We are looking for more fabulous volunteers to help us out with our event management and numerous productions. If you are an energetic film enthusiast who has some spare time and you feel you have something to contribute, then we need you! Young Filmmakers make LOGAN Youth Week Documentary

Young Filmmakers Festival Queensland has teamed up with Logan City Council for Youth Week 2009.

We have a talented group of Young Filmmakers from Logan learning everything there is  to know about telling stories. They are making a documentary about the next generation in Logan.

Shooting has wrapped and we are heading into the editing suite. Stay tuned!
