Young Filmmakers make Logan Youth Week documentary

 
Young Filmmakers Festival Queensland teamed up with Logan City Council for Youth Week 2009.

We have a talented group of Young Filmmakers from Logan learning everything there is  to know about telling stories. They are making a documentary about the next generation in Logan.

Over the Youth Week Celebrations they have been filming the "Make A Move" events run by Logan Youth Services and funded by Logan City Council.

Our 5 filmmakers have uncovered a wealth of talent and achievement in Logan's up and coming, future-builders. This is a Young  Filmmakers Festival initiative designed to grow strong communities by sharing real stories.

The production has wrapped and the DVDs are being duplicated. The documentary will premiere on the big screen, at the Young Filmmakers Festival Queensland 2009 on October 24, at QUT's Creative Industries Precinct, in Kelvin Grove.
