If you were under 18 years old (on January 1, 2009) and you want to enter Young Filmmakers Festival Queensland 2009, then visit our home page for more information on what you need.

Don't miss out! Entries Close 11 September, 2009.

How to shoot action

Digby takes us through the task of setting up a camera and microphone to shoot footage of a friend who is into free running or parkour.

You will learn how to set lighting options, fixing focus, and change shutter speed to get crisp clean shots. Digby also shows us how to use reflectors and the ND (Neutral Density) filter. We plan to post a printable PDF with this "How to..." as soon as we can. Big thanks to Linton Vivian, Digby Hogan, and Sean Louw, for making this "How to..." episode.
